industry, and in all kind of sales industries. Even if you are not a buyer on eBay, you are a consumer and you know what kind of service you want. For example, do you like being charged excessive shipping fees? Do you like slow service? Do you like reading a laundry list of what the seller won't, can't, or doesn't do? Do you like being ignored when you ask a question? Of course not. Keep this in mind when crafting your eBay listings, terms of service, and policies.
Remember karma - every act (regardless of how insignificant) done will return to the doer with equal impact. Good will be returned with good, evil will be returned with evil. In other words, you reap what you sow. Besides that, you'll get more return customers.
