eBay recently held a workshop to help sellers improve their DSRs. Scot Wingo, CEO of Channel Advisor hosted the workshop and offered the following valuable tips.
1) Use fair flat-rate shipping.
2) Explain your shipping, return, and other policies above the fold of your eBay listings.
3) Explain international shipping policies and procedures.
4) Offer a clear and simple return policy. Avoid anything complicated.
5) Keep all of your policies and procedures simple. Too many options or details confuses buyers.
6) Consider free shipping.
7) Focus on outstanding customer service, and communicate well with buyers.
