With all the chaos surrounding the new fee structure and feedback changes, I haven't had a chance to mention the new Power Seller Fee Discount Program. According to the eBay Announcements page, beginning in April, Power Sellers will begin receiving final value fee discounts based on their DSRs (detailed seller ratings.)
If a seller maintains an excellent rating in all four areas of the DSR, discounts apply. Those Power Sellers with a 4.6 or higher in each area will receive a 5% 
discount on final value fees. Power Sellers with a 4.8% rating in each area will receive a 15% discount.
The four areas of DSR ratings are description, communication, shipping fees, and shipping time. This is definitely something to strive for if you're a Power Seller with hefty final value fees.
