Launched back in June, eBay's version of Craigslist is called Kijiji. The site is now operational in 25 countries and offers free local classifieds where users can advertise merchandise, real estate, jobs, personal ads, vehicles, pets, services, and community news.
I recently tested Kijiji and found it is very user friendly and is very similar to the Craigslist ad submission process. Simply choose the category, write your ad, include photos if you like, include your email address, and submit. You'll receive an email to confirm you ad, then your ad goes live. The process took less than 5 
minutes.
One drawback - users are not able to post hyperlinks in the ads. I see this as an advantage. The absence of the hyperlink feature will make the site less appealing to internet marketers looking to spread their links just anywhere.
