If you are an active seller on eBay, it is extremely helpful to visit groups and forums to network and interact with other sellers. You can learn so much from other sellers and brainstorm about strategies, new ideas, and products to sell on eBay.
One group I particpate in is eBay Establishings. This group is hosted through Yahoo Groups so you must have a Yahoo ID to participate. Founded in 2004, eBay Establishings is run by two eBay Power Sellers, Mike and Julie Anna Schultz. After 2 years of eBay selling, Mike was able to leave his corporate job and support their family selling full-time on eBay.
eBay Establishings is one of the best Yahoo Groups around, boasting over 1,800 members. The owners encourage healthy discussion among members. Advertising and spamming is strictly prohibited - eBay selling is the focus of this group. Members are allowed to post ads for their eBay listings on Wednesdays only. You can join this group without worrying about spam from the members.
