Welcome to part two of the drop shipping series. Many eBay sellers have had success using drop shippers. The drop shipper has a very imporant role in delivering the product to the customer in a timely manner.
You will want to investigate the shipping poicies and timeline of a drop shipper before contracting to do business with them. Find out how quickly the item will be shippped once payment is received, how the item will be shipped (by what major carrier), how tracking information is handled and if you will receive that information automatically or if it has to be requested, and how the return policy works. ![]()
I have heard horror stories from reputable eBay sellers whose businesses were run into the ground by slow drop shippers. Remember, the shipping process is out of your control and will be handled by a third party. Make sure you are comfortable with the drop shipper's policies, procedures, and reputation before turning the shipping responsibility over to the company.

Drop shipping does work but you have to know the profit margins before you jump in. It can make or break you. But there is a resource I stumbled on called thedobareview.com it was a valid source to use for pointers when it comes to running your ebay store. There are a lot of great ideas for drop shippers too.
