
Fire King mugs are the heavy milky-white coffee mugs that you may remember from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. Restaurants often used them. Fire King items were made by the world's largest glass manufacturer, Anchor Hocking, from the 1940s to the 1970s.
Some restaurants and gas stations used or sold Fire King mugs bearing their logos or slogans. These mugs are highly collectible now. You can usually pick up these mugs at garage sales or thrift stores for less than one dollar. Some Fire King mugs can sell for over $100 on eBay. Here are some examples:
Make sure the mug has the Anchor Hocking logo on the bottom, and be sure to use the word "vintage" in your listing.
