1) Go to eBay.com 2) Click on “advanced search” on the bar across the top of the page.
3) Enter the key words for your item – let’s use “Ralph Lauren red sweater” as an example4) Click the box underneath, “completed listings”
5) You will see a list of all listings that have ended in the past 30 days with the key words “Ralph Lauren red sweater” in the title. These are items that have sold, and that have not sold.6) You may need to add more key words such as size or style to narrow your search.
7) Study the results from your search. You can make educated decisions about pricing based on the items that sold or did not sell.Remember, an item’s value is determined by how much someone will pay for it, now what you think it is worth. eBay is about supply and demand. Keep that in mind when you are pricing your items.
