Remember, this special price applies only to fixed price listings and does not include auctions or store inventory items. Final value fees will be calculated as normal. Listing upgrades such as gallery, highlight, bold, supersized photos, etc. are not discounted. Certain exclusions apply – such as eBay motors and real estate listings. Read the promotion details.
