Some say yes, some say no. I've sold over 14,000 items as a one-person operation since 2003. I personally have not had success drop shipping items through my store on eBay.

First, what is it? Drop shipping is an inventory management technique where the seller does not keep the item in stock, but relies on a wholesaler or distributor to ship items directly to the customer. The seller usually uses a website to promote and sell the item but does not physically handle or stock the merchandise.
