To use the application, you must be a registered eBay user. Simply visit the site, 
review the listings, and cast your vote. You can submit your own listings or nominate others, and receive votes and comments from other users.
Users can also check out Today's Best items, such as this Jesus and Mary holy pancake. Not strange enough for you? Visit eBay Best of All Time and find listings like this Hillary Clinton nut cracker which received 61 votes.
