According to Auctionbytes, Bidville, who was aquired by uBid in July, has added new management and is now requiring tighter security measures for sellers.

Bidville will authenticate sellers using their credit-card account and will not allow new international users to sell on the site. Current international sellers' accounts will stay active, and international buyers will continue to be able to register and bid on the site.

According to the announcement, the new Bidville team has big plans for the site. "We are very excited as we continue to grow the community by increasing the number of buyers, individual sellers and storefronts!"
