eBay Media Marketplace
I have never purchased a 30 second TV spot,  but it appears as though eBay in cooperation with a Wal-Mart led group of powerhouse marketers are about to change that, or at least make it easier for those in the market for advertising.

The concept of offering TV ads via an online marketplace  was thought up by Wal-Mart Senior VP-Marketing Communications Julie Roehm.

eBay is building the prototype site and plans to roll out a demonstration in November with the full launch in the 1st quarter of 2007.
