Flea Markets can be found in most areas of the country and they are best visited at the end of the day when sellers are more likely to bargain. The products available at flea markets can range from junk to brand new product.
Garage & Yard Sales
Yard sales are usually found in the warmer months of the year and are often very hit and miss when it comes to the product available. We have found some great buys at garage sales but it is important to have a great understanding of the product you are buying.
Thrift Stores
Thrift stores are a lot like garage sales in terms of product but usually the prices are higher. Remember, eBay is very brand driven but it is important to really know your brands before spending a bunch of money on something simply because it is branded. I have a friend that does really well by thrift store shopping for clothing and then selling it on eBay, but she has an incredible talent for spotting super hot trends.
