Ebay and other online auction powerselling tips and information

You would think that something as simple as blocking someone from bidding on your eBay auctions would be easy. I have been selling on eBay on a full time basis since 2002 and I still have to scratch my head and do a couple of searched before I find the right place on the eBay site.

Here are some simple instructions for blocking a bidder:

Make sure that you have the bidder's eBay name in a separate open browser page or copied (ready for pasting)

1. Log in to your "My eBay" page.

2. Click the "Selling Resources" link on the bottom left side of your page.

3. Click the "Block or Pre-Approve Bidders" link in the first column.

The instructions should land you on the Buyer/Bidder Management page where you will be able to block bidders from accessing your auctions. Do not be afraid to block a difficult customer from bidding on your auctions.
