I like to read blog posts related to eBay and Paypal from people that are not pro sellers.
Here is "I can't believe how rubbish Paypal is":I went to buy something via eBay tonight. As usual it tells me to pay via PayPal. I’ve used it before - should be easy right?
The amount is slightly more than I’ve bought items for before, but not too much higher. Seemingly it exceeds some sort of threshold so now I’m unable to pay! Yep. Despite having credit card information present, a credit card that I’ve used recently for buying a car (quite a bit more expensive than the item I’m trying to buy from eBay).
For some reason though PayPal refuses to even let me try and use the credit card until I go through some stupid validation routine. If I was using any other online payment system this wouldn’t be needed - I’d enter my details and it would take the money. This really is ridiculous and makes me feel like ever using PayPal even less. I’m hoping that the retailer selling the item has an alternative payment system that I can use to bypass the whole mess as otherwise I’ll miss the delivery window I want 
Grrrr, how annoying.

Paypal is such a fraud and scam!!!!!!!!!
A fellow classmate purchased some books from me via paypal. She insited that i use media mail to ship the books so I di. 2 days Later she put in a complaint to paypal saying that I didnt send her books however she sent me an email 3 days later saying she got her pkg but nothing was in it paypal immediately refunded her the amount without a thourough unvestigation. I am out of my books and my money.
another thing is they took the refund amount 2 times from my bank account, it took them only 3days to give hermoney from one of the transactions however on 11/6/07 they took both amounts and til this day I am still waiting for the other amount to be refunded to me. they are scammers. here is the story from paypal resolution I was trying to send information to them and they told me that they wouldnt listen to my side only the buyer was their concern they only want to make themselves look good with the buyer/thief

For sure BEWARE of folks getting materials and getting their money back as well. She could have put my name here I wouldnt have cared becasue I have a clear conscious and if I really wanted to warn my fellowclassmates I would want them to know who to beware of if indeed this is what really happened...................................................................
I am so hurt behind this I am a single parent of 3 and I work and I am trying to finish school I can't afford to lose out like this .. Please be careful and not as trusting as I have been.

This is the history of this transaction I am not ashamed to tell you about it so I will post the whole entire story from beginning to end.
The only reason she won was because I didnt follow paypals guidelines and send the books through their site which is connected to automatic shipping from USPS. Ms. Hill deliberately gave me the wrong zip code knowing I couldnt print a reciept from the paypal site and so I went to the post office to send them I sent them media mail because I couldnt afford to send them expedited to her free. well here goes you decide...
Note: She never even told me that she didnt get the books she went straight to Paypal to open a claim against me.

The buyer is outright calling me a fraud. On 10/15/07 I got an order for the books On 10/16/07 I received payment and attempted to print the label from paypal service but the zip code didn't match I emailed Ms. Hill to get correct address so I could ship it promptly and precisely on 10/16/07 and I shipped the books to her via USPS the same day I sent an email to her letting her know that the books were shipped. Celeste Hill So immediately I called the post office where I sent it from at 718-455-8743 I was told by the clerk 16 to call 718-493-611 and spk to a supervisor I spoke to Christopher who said that in NY they will not give an empty pkg to any recipient at any given time they instead will send notice to the recipient that the pkg was damaged and how to procede, then I explained that I was not the recipient that I was the one to send it, he then told me to call the destination post office to inquire so I did I called 813-672-4562 Riverview station in Fl 33578 I spoke to Louie told him what the buyer/recipient said to me in an email he laughed and said that their policy is to stamp pkg as "received damaged, pkg damaged etc. he then went on to say " a pkg that noticibly had or has contents in it is never given to a carrier in that condition (cut opened or damaged to certain extinct) he said it is just not possible. He also said ," If we receive a pkg damaged while in transit we notify the originating post office of the damages. " He even went through some pkgs while I was on the phone to assure me of the labeling that was put onto pkg

Monica, I've tried to reach you at all emails given for two days. Your package was empty and the Post Office is stating fraud by shipper. I've filed a fraud report with the US Post Office and now a dispute with pay pal. $50 is fine however, I wont have much use for the lecture guide and CD why not take all the lecture guide is #1 source to taking the exams I kid you not it is key to passing the exams for sure I passed my tests with the lecture guides cause all the answers are there. I will give the bundle to you for $70 if not again $50 is fine I guess....

I have the full set unopened. includes: The Art of Seeing,7th ed. Time-special Ed. the study guide as well as lecure cd.
funny thing is I paid over $200 for these worthless books...
