For those of you who didn't know already, Barry Bonds has now set himself in second place for all time home runs. His hit, number 715 has surpassed that of Babe Ruth, who had a record 714 HR. One lucky person was able to grab the ball, and according to the auction, was Andrew Morbitzer.
Mr. Morbitzer is now auctioning off the ball, which already has a bid of over $100, 00.00. For sports fans, this is going to be big. The auction was started on Monday, where one person started the bid at $10,000. Now, the auction has climbed to $130,100. So far, there have been three bidders that are very interested in the auction and have done some serious bidding.
