Here are the highlights:
- Paypal will actually begin protecting sellers from charge backs when a seller fulfills his or her obligation under Paypal's dispute program.
- USPS will soon allow batch printing of postage on eBay and have plans to launch a shoe box sized flat rate priority box.
- Skype buttons will begin to show up in certain product categories.
- Bill Cobb addressed the eBay Stores in search issue and was booed because store inventory is no longer showing up in eBay searches.
- As we reported yesterday, eBay will begin to clamp down on excessive shipping charges.
- eBay Blogs were a hit while the crowd seemed puzzled by the eBay wiki announcement.
- Cobb announced eBay Alerts which will offer bidders a phone call minutes before their auction is to end. (I will be looking closer at this and promise to follow up with a post)
- Lastly, eBay Express was brought out of preview mode.
