If I had a dime for every time I answered the "how much is shipping?", I could retire from selling. I love interacting with my customers and I am happy to answer questions, but when the question is already answered (sometimes in numerous locations) in the auction, it can get  frustrating.

eBay's new seller FAQ will allow you to post the answers to the 15 most asked questions you get and bidders will be able to see the FAQ before they ask you a question.

It's almost of if someone at eBay used the system to sell something and reported back!

Now if we can just them to realistically evaluate the seller fees...
