eBay's new seller FAQ will allow you to post the answers to the 15 most asked questions you get and bidders will be able to see the FAQ before they ask you a question.
It's almost of if someone at eBay used the system to sell something and reported back!
Now if we can just them to realistically evaluate the seller fees...
